Series of actions that aims to generate interest for a particular product or service. They are created by companies through marketing department or indenpendent marketing agencies. The want to reach a group of people who may be most interested in the message.

What group of people could be interesting in these advertismenets?









These camapigns want to convince people to purchase that product, they want o they need it. 
They can use:
  • Print media: newspapers, magazines, banners, posters, billboards.
  • Electronic media: television, radio, internet, emails, mobile messages.


What is a slogan? Examples



The advertising compaigns aim to deliver an inspirational message about the product or service, in order to convince people to purchase it. This message often includes a slogan, a simple statement that summarizes the product or service.

Advertising techniques

Repetition: a simple aim, to make the product or service familiar. So adverts repeat the name of the product several times in a short space of time.


Exaggeration: the technique aims to exaggerate the benefits of the product or service.



Association: This technique associate a product with a famous person, a popular song or even an emotion.



Promotions: This tecnique offers discounts, prizes or gifts.
